A Word for Today

So, this morning in my prayer I asked God for a word for this day, not another but the day that is present as we are told by Jesus in Matthew 6:11 and Luke 11:3, to ask and trust for daily provisions. As I opened my Bible I landed on Job chapter 21:14 through Job 23:10 CSB. My heart fainted for a moment and as I read, I began to understand. There are numerous topics to discuss here but I will stick to what stood out to me the most because the generation we are living in today is so wicked. I will note verse 19 of Chapter 21 GOD reserves a person’s punishment for his children. I fully understand this is the Old testament and some will most likely say I am confused however I will reply and let everyone know this Bible is composed under the anointing of the Holy Spirit and these are living treatments of very real circumstances and situations of people and occurrences of life. With that being said I would also like to mention that I feel God will judge each person for their own sins ON judgement day. In the meantime, I also feel we are a cursed people and have been since the crucifixion of JESUS CHRIST. There is an entire lifetime of predestined turmoil we stumble through until giving our hearts to the one and only risen Savior Jesus. I will pause here and let that sink in. Moms just let that marinate. Imagine if you could turn the tables so that your children would not suffer the same or worse hardships that you’ve possibly suffered in this life. Imagine your children walking in prosperity and blessings FULLY in the authority of the anointing of Jesus Christ as promised as the Holy Spirit before Jesus ever going to the cross. THAT was his promise and gift to us before ever laying down his life to a sinful person. How can you walk with the Lord change the course of your children’s lives? Well, this is the point I will refer to you yet again to that OLD TESTAMENT that people like to say is not and was not for us. However, those are GOD’ s promised blessing and curses and we do know that once God gave a word that was infinite as he is a God that can’t change or go back on. God is an everlasting word giver, he doesn’t faulter or waiver in anything. Malachi 3:6, "For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed," which indicates God's unchanging nature. This is further emphasized in Hebrews 13:8, which states, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever". These verses highlight God's immutability, meaning He cannot change in His character, essence, or promises. Here is the tricky part…. Do you take God as an infinite God, and do you fully believe he is who he says he is and can do what he says he can do? I certainly do! I choose to believe in everything my Bible says, and I believe in both the Old and New Testament promises. If only the world could see the pattern or course of this life, then they would change from their wicked ways and sinful nature and start raising their standards to align with more Christlikeness. At least try too anyway. Moms you have the ability to change your children’s pre-destined course just by giving YOUR heart to JESUS!!! A mother’s heart is always on her children and once a mother starts realizing the power that is within her she blooms into that Proverbs 31 woman. I won’t make this long, drawn-out article but I will very happily plant that seed for our daily provision and I do pray that it takes root in someone else’s heart today. That isn’t just mothers but dads also. WE as parents have an obligation and responsibility to our children and all the generations after us to walk worthy of the promises given to us by our creator himself. Yes, there is coming a day when the whole world will be judged either by their sinful ways or the way they taught their children about the Lord and his love for us in a very nasty and vile world we live in today. As a mother who has suffered many trials in my 45 years, I would only ask each person to consider the path they have taken in this life and think merely of those things that their children may suffer. I wholeheartedly love not only my children but your children also.

From a Mother's heart to the rest of the world,
Windy Fritzke
